Debate “Prague Rules – A Chance to Expedite Arbitration or a Misguided Effort”
On 22 November 2018 Michał Kocur took part in a debate on the draft Rules on Conduct of the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (the Prague Rules). The debate was organised by Polish Arbitration Association.
