Kocur & Partners prepared a report “Costs of Arbitration in Poland”.
In the report we analyzed what are the costs of lawyers and expert. We compared the fees in Polish and foreign arbitral institutions. We explained what decisions arbitrators make with respect to costs and what are their motives. You can find the report here (available only in Polish).
