Michał Kocur gave a lecture on the arbitration procedure
On 28 October 2025 at 6:00 p.m., attorney Michał Kocur gave a lecture titled "The Superiority of Arbitration over Court Proceedings: An Example of the New Arbitration Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG)".
During the meeting, participants learned about the most important changes introduced in the new KIG Arbitration Rules and discovered why arbitration was an attractive alternative to traditional court litigation. The event was organized as part of the training sessions of the Professional Development Committee of the Warsaw Bar Association.
