Michał Kocur will give a lecture on the arbitration procedure
On 28 October 2025 at 6:00 p.m., attorney Michał Kocur will give a lecture titled “The Superiority of Arbitration over Court Proceedings: An Example of the New Arbitration Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG)”.
During the meeting, participants will learn about the most important changes introduced in the new KIG Arbitration Rules and discover why arbitration may be an attractive alternative to traditional court litigation.
The event is organized as part of the training sessions of the Professional Development Committee of the Warsaw Bar Association and will take place online via Zoom.
