Michał Kocur will participate in a discussion „Supplementary rules for third-party notices in arbitration – German remedy needed/fit for Polish arbitration too?”
The meeting is organized by Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce together with the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) and the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration. It will be held on 22 May 2024, at 5 pm at Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
