Michał Kocur will speak at the Warsaw Disputes Days
On April 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the headquarters of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, located at Trębacka 4 in Warsaw, a meeting will be held to discuss the new Arbitration Rules, which came into force on January 1, 2025. One of the speakers will be Michał Kocur, the chairman of the committee responsible for drafting the new Rules. Alongside other experts, he will explore the most significant changes and their implications for arbitral practice in Poland and beyond.
