Michał Kocur

Michał Kocur acts as counsel and arbitrator. Michał represents clients in arbitration and litigation in a broad scope of matters. He regularly represents clients in real estate, construction and energy disputes. He has vast experience in post-M&A disputes. He has acted as an arbitrator in over 100 arbitration matters under various rules, including the ICC, VIAC and UNCITRAL, as well as the PCC rules. Michał has been recognised by Chambers & Partners as one of Poland’s top arbitration practitioners and litigation counsels.
